As a general rule, we respond to inquiries by email. Replies may take some time. For urgent inquiries, please contact the Osaka International Airport Information Center (+81(0)6-6856-6781; business hours: 06:30-21:30).
Depending on the content of your inquiry, we may be unable to respond.
The content of inquiries and any personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with our “Site Policy.”
Our replies are intended to respond to specific inquiries from customers. Please refrain from transferring, reusing, or otherwise making secondary use of all or part of our replies.
We may consider consulting the police in cases involving defamation, abusive language, or threats.
Please note that we are unable to respond to the following inquiries.
- We are unable to answer any inquiries regarding the use of aircraft (General information about reservations, seat availability, changes, cancellations, tours, check-in procedures, baggage, security check, etc.) via this form. Please contact your airline, or other relevant parties.
- Inquiries about lost items
- Timetables for various transportation systems
- Requests to have pamphlets, airport maps, or similar materials sent to you
