Flights and airline tickets
The flow up to boarding
Travelers must pass through the security check 20 minutes before boarding.
Please allow enough time for this whenever possible. Please come to the airport at least 30-40 minutes prior to departure. Customers making overseas connecting flights should be at the airport one hour before departure.

Poor weather and the time to determine whether the aircraft can fly
There are no particular rules. The carrier will make the judgment. Information regarding whether a flight has been canceled can also be obtained at Osaka International Airport Information Center [+81(0)6-6856-6781 (06:30-21:30)] in addition to information listed at each carrier’s corporate homepage (Flight Information or Departure and Arrival Information, and others).
Also, ask your carrier’s corporate reservation center or check-in counter regarding refunds for reservation changes caused by poor weather. Also, the check-in counter does not handle telephone calls. (JAL and ANA handle reservation changes and refunds via their corporate homepages.)

Security
Carriers conduct security checks according to the various rules established by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Therefore, ask your carrier regarding security checks of carry-on restrictions and the like.
Also, the sizes of carry-on luggage are listed below. (Uniform across all airlines)
100 seats or more: The total of three sides must be within 115 cm (55 cm x 40 cm x 25 cm)
100 seats or less: The total of three sides must be within 100cm (45cm x 35cm x 20cm)

Lost and found

Home-delivery Service
We offer a home-delivery service for luggage from the airport to your home, and a service to hand over home-delivery packages sent from your home in advance to the airport. However, we do not offer a same-day delivery service that delivers luggage to the hotel on the day of arrival at the airport.
