Introduction of the Passenger Service Facilities Charge (PSFC) for Domestic Flights at Osaka International Airport

As of Sunday, October 28, 2018, a passenger service facilities charge (PSFC) is being introduced at Osaka International Airport. Passengers who use the airport are required to pay this charge to the airline in addition to airfare. We appreciate your understanding.

The PSFC pays for maintenance and administration of the departure and arrival lobbies, flight information systems, and various other passenger service facilities. It is also appropriated to provide luggage carts, passenger guidance, and other services.

Price

This charge is paid by both arriving and departing passengers.

Children: ¥130
Arriving passengers Adults: ¥260
Children: ¥130

* Charges include tax.

* This charge applies to flights on October 28, 2018 and later.

* Passengers under 12 are considered children. All others are considered adults. The only exception is infants under 3 without tickets, for whom there is no charge.
