Mimiu is the originator of Udon-Suki®, and originally began in the southern part of Osaka; today, they are based in Osaka City. Since their establishment, Mimiu has always taken pride in taking the time and effort to do everything right: the dashi broth for their soup takes two hours to make, and their soba noodles are made by hand, in-store, from buckwheat flour stone-ground at Mimiu's own workshop. Enjoy the flavors of the premium dried fish and kombu kelp that go into their dashi broth, and the seasonal ingredients they use, for a great way to relax and unwind before or after a flight.
